Grade B/B+: 8 (approx) miles; 4.5 hours. Meet/Time: BURN at 9.30 a.m. or Glensherup carpark at 10.00 a.m. Map Ref: 58/972052 Description: Good forestry track to the Glensherup Reservoir, then a steep ascent towards Ben Shee. Thereafter an undulating ridge walk with spectacular views of Cairnmorris Hill, Tarmangie hill and Innerdownie before returning on forest paths and tracks to the carpark. Note: No dogs please.

Kinross and Ochil: Glenrothes Pitcairn/Lomond hill.

Grade C+: 5/6 miles; Meet/Time: RASCP at 9.30 a.m. or Pitcairn at 10.00 a.m. Map Ref: 265/033 Description: Mostly easy flat walk with hill ascent which can be muddy if it has been very wet. Note: dogs on leads please. Children: yes if fit.

Kinross and Ochil: Alva Glen to Ben Cleuch

Grade B+: 12kms; 5 hours. Meet/Time: RASCP at 9.15 a.m. or Alva Glen carpark at 10 a.m. Map Ref: explorer 366 NS/885975. Description: Walk up Alva Glen and climb the Cloves to Craighorn. If weather permits, then a circuit of Ben Buck, Ben Cleuch and Ben Ever. Return to Alva by way of Silver Glen. Note: No dogs please.
